The company continues to be involved in American and Global Depository Receipt (ADR and GDR) programmes for company shares traded on OTC markets in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Germany and other countries, with one ADR being equal to five common shares in Gazprom Neft PJSC. As at 8 July 2019 the total number of ADRs issued for common shares was equal to 83.4 million shares (1.76 percent of the company’s charter capital).
