Gazprom Neft Board Approves Regulations for Dividend Policy
The Board of Directors of JSC Gazprom Neft has approved the Regulations for the Dividend Policy thus formalizing the recent dividend policy of the Company.
The Regulations define the minimum rate of annual dividend payments amounting to 15 per cent of the Company’s net income determined in accordance with the standards of Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (US GAAP).
