Credit ratings

The investment level ratings assigned to Gazprom Neft PJSC by three international rating agencies – Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s and Fitch and by Chinese rating agency Dagong Global Credit Rating.

In February 2015 Chinese rating agency Dagong has assigned Gazprom Neft an «AA-« credit rating for obligations in foreign currencies with stable outlook.

At the beginning of 2015 three international rating agencies at once downgraded credit rating of Gazprom Neft after the sovereign rating of the Russian Federation was revised to negative:

  • 2015.01.14 Fitch: from «ВВВ» to «ВВВ-» with negative outlook
  • 2015.01.20 Moody’s: from «Baa2» to «Ваа3» with negative outlook
  • 2015.02.25 Moody’s: from «Baa3» to «Ва1» with negative outlook
  • 015.02.04 S&P: from «BBB-» to «ВВ+» with negative outlook

As of 2015.03.31 all Company credit ratings are at the same level with sovereign rating of the Russian Federation.
